  • At Recreo, our massage therapy approach goes beyond traditional relaxation techniques. Our massage therapists all have a Kinesiology background and have received advanced training in various therapeutic techniques, such as acupuncture, cupping, and exercise prescription. Your practitioner will take a specialized approach using a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, and corrective exercise to address specific movement dysfunctions, aiming to get you back to the activities you love.

We believe that active problems require active solutions. That's why we emphasize your involvement during treatment. This includes occasionally getting you up and off the table for reassessment. By actively engaging you in the treatment process, we can better understand how you're responding and tailor our approach to ensure optimal results.

  • We kindly ask that you wear loose and comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement and gives your therapist access to the body parts they will be treating.

Loose shorts, tank tops, and sports bras usually work best!

We will have these items on hand for you in the event that you forget or are coming straight from work.

Let’s work together.
