Our massage therapists are experts in hands-on care and utilize a combination of manual therapy techniques that are best suited for your goals. Your RMT may incorporate deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, cupping, acupuncture, and corrective exercises.

Neurofunctional Acupuncture
Neurofunctional/contemporary medical acupuncture, is a form of acupuncture that targets the peripheral nervous system. Through stimulation and neuro-modulation of the peripheral nerves, we can elicit changes to the tissues that they innervate.
